Freelance

I do occasionally work as a freelancer when I feel like stretching myself or applying what I know in a different light. Services typically range from consulting on a digital plan – including local SEO, advertising, UX, and more –  to actually implementing tactics through refreshed content, setup of new platforms, etc.

Copywriting and editing is also something I’ve come to enjoy, and I can be seen writing or editing from time to time.

Along the way, I make sure to walk through what I have done and explain the how and the why behind everything.  This way, those I work with can be more digitally-savvy themselves and be able to continue upon their digital transformation.

Some past clients include those I have picked up on Upwork, including Kobargo, an IT Consulting Firm, and Mumberry, a maternity supportwear company. Projects have ranged from authoring 1,000+ word Youtube scripts to copyediting and launching a digital marketing plan.

I have also consulted with local businesses in the Augusta, Ga. area, including ABLE Pediatrics and Soto ALG, in addition to the many clients I had the privilege to work with while at a local agency.

Caleb Rule has done writing in many forms, from SEO to copywriting and copy editing for various clients, including Augusta National Golf Club and The Augusta ChronicleI have also done other types of freelance work, including working on the Masters.com editorial team for, yes, the most famous golf tournament in the world. In addition, I’ve worked in gameday operations, written a history of medical research for two universities, covered sporting events for two newspapers on tight deadlines, been a P.A. announcer for a minor league baseball game, and more.

I’m be happy to talk through more details of the work I’ve done. Feel free to ask me on LinkedIn!
